Co-working since 2007. Creative since birth.

The Creative Space is the hub of the creative class in Bryan, Texas. We collaborate on projects. And we do our own thing. But we share the space and cost.

In just a few words, the Creative Space is a coworking office in Downtown Bryan. Coworking is cafe-like community/collaboration space for developers, designers, writers and independents. Or, it’s like this: start with a shared office and add cafe culture, which is the opposite of most modern cafes.

We are expanding our space and operations to serve more functions for the community at large. Most of the growth and expansions in the past have been funded as a labor of love by the members and organizers.

After three years in operation, we have built up a little bit of courage to make the daring jump to a much larger space that can facilitate meeting space for groups and offer 60% more desks to the public.

Unfortunately, the space we found, which is set up perfectly for coworking, needs a little bit of work. Nothing that a few of us can't do in a couple of weekends. However, the cost of obtaining supplies, paint and things such as that are a little out of our price range. That's where we need your help.
